No. Compii starts you as a guest, so you can try it right away. When you want your routines on another phone too, link an email in Profile → Account.

Pick one of the 110 ready-made routines in Explore, or create your own from Routines. Guide me can build it with you, one question at a time, and you can change any step later.

Your plan for the day, grouped into Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Anytime, with a week strip on top. Tap play on a routine to start it. A routine you haven't done yet says Still open until the day is over: the planned time is a reminder, not a deadline.

Compii is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. The buttons on the home page will take you there as soon as it's out.

Any time, from your profile, and you can rename them too. With Compii Pro, each routine can have a companion of its own.

Yes. Pick Silent as your companion and Compii keeps just the timer and the numbers, with a buzz at each step. You can also mute any companion, or set quiet hours.

Check that your phone's media volume is up and that your companion isn't muted in Compii. Companions also stay quiet on purpose during your quiet hours and on focus steps.

Some lines download the first time you use a companion. Until they're on your phone, you'll see them in the speech bubble without a voice.

No. Your audio ducks under your companion's voice for a moment, then comes right back.

Every routine keeps its own streak. Finish it on a day it's planned and the streak grows. You have the whole day, not just the planned minute, so a late run still counts.

A freeze covers a planned day you missed, so the streak keeps burning. You get 1 a week on Free and 3 a week on Pro.

Days off you plan for a routine. A rest day never breaks its streak.

Every routine you finish is a run. Your lifetime runs grow a grove of fifteen badges, from Seed at your first run to Evergreen at your three-thousandth. You'll find it in Rhythm.

Before you switch, make sure your profile is linked to an email address: Profile → Account → Email. Then sign in with that email on your new phone and your routines and history come with you.

Yes. Go to Profile → Data & privacy → Export my data.

In Compii, go to Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account & data and confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted right away.

Subscriptions are handled by your app store. Open the subscriptions page in Google Play or in your Apple account settings and cancel there; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
